Tony has been in the window business for over 29 years. Like most people, he started at the bottom, working for a contractor in the Minnesota area. Over time, he worked his way up, eventually running his own crews and starting his own business. During this period, he worked for many of the ‘big box’ companies and gained firsthand experience in how they were run, identifying what he believed worked and what didn’t. From the very beginning, Tony’s goal was to take what he had learned and build his own company, founded on his past experiences and the one key lesson he took away from every job: that the customer is the MOST important factor for any business to succeed.

Another cornerstone of our business is Tony’s hands-on approach to installation. While many companies focus heavily on “making the sale,” they often fail to give enough attention to the quality of installation. It doesn’t matter how great the window is if it isn’t installed correctly. Now, with the next generation of the family working side by side with Tony, these business principles are more important than ever.
